There are hotels, movies, theatre, entertainment and so much more. What keeps me coming here often has to be the large assortment of dining options to suit tight and generous budgets.

The entertainment here is unpredictable. I have had my face painted, posed with silver painted artists and even slow danced on the isles. I enjoy the live performances and entertainers who often move around and entertain people. The best one has to be the man who speeds past crowds in a tiny vehicle as he hoots and waves to strangers. The big chess board with moving pieces is awesome, particularly because it is located next to a book shop.

Did I mention the vast assortment of movies and even wide options of goodies to snack on while watching a movie? There's a play area for the little ones and a casino for adults who are into gambling. The decor is impeccable. As times you walk past washing and underwear hanging above you, pose next to old bicycles and a police car... I'm sold out and would love to spend a night or two at the nearby hotels.

I have a bone to pick at the time of writing this blog... While the inside of Montecasino is wheelchair friendly, just outside Montecasino, there are several traffic circles. While strolling there on my way to Montecasino with a friend. we noticed a one-legged man on a wheelchair riding in one of the two car lanes. There's barely a yellow lane on the road and he was practically in the middle of the lane. Speeding cars almost knocked him on several occassions.

At the same time of blogging (September 2014) we had just walked on the rat infested sideway (from Montecasino to the main road, William Nicol. There were several rats running around) and we could not understand why the disabled man was not using the sideway for pedestrians. It broke our hearts to notice that it was not completely wheelchair friendly as not all the pedestrian crossing or corners had sliding ramps.

I hope Montecasino and/or the municipality addresses this because it is truly a wonderful place to visit and accessibility is key.

Right now it sounds like Expression Engine is the best blogging platform available
right now. (from what I've read) Is that what you're using on your blog?
